摘要
副翼为飞机的横向操纵主舵面,如果自由间隙过大,在进行大速度飞行时则容易发生操纵面颤振,影响飞行安全。某型飞机在进行副翼间隙检查过程中,多次出现副翼的自由间隙超差情况。本文通过对所有活动关节的装配细节进行分解,深入分析间隙产生根源,从制造的工艺可行性角度研究优化改进方案,以最大程度减小副翼的自由间隙。
The aileron is the major control surface for lateral control of an aircraft, if the free play is too large, control surface fluttering will occur easily during high speed flight, which will affect the flight safety.The aileron free play out-of-tolerance appeared many times during aileron free play inspection for a certain type of aircraft. This paper presents analysis of assembling details of all the movable joints, and analyzes deeply the generation source of the free play, and makes researches on optimization and improvement scheme in terms of process feasibility of manufacturing so as to minimize the aileron free play.
