摘要
根据某型飞机全机主操纵系统疲劳试验及与机体疲劳同试的要求,对飞机副翼及平尾活动舵面间隙进行了测量和数据分析;同时,结合外场飞机实际情况,给出了飞机活动舵面间隙的控制值及相关的飞机助力器后操纵系统检查要求;另外,提出了对飞机活动舵面间隙进行定量检查和控制的建议,有助于完善外场飞机及主操纵系统的定检、维护、检修或大修,从而能够进一步保障飞机的飞行品质。
The clearance problem of the aileron and stabilator in the whole primary flight control system fatigue test is discussed,and the relevant clearance measurement and analysis is presented,which is useful for avoiding the flight problem of the aircraft vibration or dithering,and for perfecting the maintain and overhaul manual of the aircraft primary flight control system.
