芳纶纤维表面状态对环氧树脂复合材料力学性能的影响 被引量:9

摘要 采用偶联剂对芳纶纤维表面状态进行改性,表征了芳纶纤维表面状态的变化;制备了不同表面状态的芳纶纤维与环氧树脂的复合材料,研究了芳纶纤维表面状态对环氧树脂复合材料力学性能的影响及其内在机理。结果表明:芳纶纤维经过偶联剂处理后表面引入了附着层,使得表面粗糙度增加;芳纶纤维表面O元素与C元素比例上升88.9%,使得表面活性增强。同时,经偶联剂处理后的芳纶纤维与环氧树脂基体间的界面状态得到明显改善,复合材料的力学性能进一步提升,其中拉伸强度提升27.8%、断裂伸长率提升35.3%、弯曲强度提升4.7%、断裂弯曲应变提升7.7%。 The aramid fiber was modified by coupling agent, and then its surface condition was characterized. The aramid fiber with different surface condition and epoxy resin composites were prepared, and the effect of aramid fiber surface condition on the mechanical properties of epoxy resin composites and its internal mechanism were studied. The results show that there is an adhesion layer on the the surface of aramid fiber after treated with coupling agent, which makes the surface roughness increase; the ratio of oxygen element to carbon element on the surface of aramid fiber increases by 88.9%, which makes the surface activity enhance. At the same time, the interfacial state between aramid fiber and epoxy resin is improved significantly after coupling agent treatment, which makes the mechanical properties of aramid fiber and epoxy resin composites improve further. The tensile strength increases by 27.8%, the elongation at break increases by 35.3%, the bending strength increases by 4.7%, and the fracture bending strain increases by 7.7%.
