摘要
将芳纶/聚酯纤维混编织物在一定的缠绕工艺条件下卷绕到模具中,然后将纤维织物放入环氧树脂体系中进行真空浸渍,经固化脱模后得到GIS隔离开关用芳纶绝缘拉杆,并测试芳纶绝缘拉杆的综合性能。结果表明:真空浸渍工艺制备的芳纶绝缘拉杆的综合性能可以达到国外产品的性能要求,具有优异的电气绝缘性能和力学性能。
Aramid fiber/polyester fiber mixed fabrics were rolled into a mold under certain winding process, and the mixed fabrics were vacuum impregnated in the epoxy resin system, then an aramid insulated tension pole was prepared after curing. The overall properties of the aramid insulated tension pole were tested. The results show that the aramid insulated tension pole prepared by vacuum impregnation process has excellent electrical insulating properties and mechanical properties, which could meet the requirements of foreign products basically.
