摘要
在世界原油重劣质化和市场对轻质清洁油品需求的双重趋势推动下,加氢技术将成为炼油企业充分转化重劣质油最有效的方法。沸腾床渣油加氢技术以其技术成熟度高、原料适应性广等优点将成为未来一段时间内炼厂首选的渣油高效转化技术。介绍了现有H-Oil、LC-Fining、T-Star、Strong 4种沸腾床加氢工艺的技术特点、沸腾床加氢催化剂以及沸腾床加氢技术的最新研究进展。指出沸腾床加氢工艺未来的研究重点将是以提高重劣质油的深度转化效率为目标,集中在改进工艺、将沸腾床加氢处理与其他工艺集成、开发高效新型催化剂和优化创新反应器结构等方向。
Propelled by crude oil heavier and poorer as well as the increasing marketing demand for light-end products,residum hydrotreating will become the most efficient way to refine low-grade heavy oil,and will play an important role in the refineries.With the advantages,namely high technology maturity and wide adaptability of crude oil et al,ebullated bed hydrotreating technologies will be prioritized in next periods.The technical characteristics and catalysts of 4 kinds of ebullated bed hydrotreating technologies,including H-Oil,LC-Fining,T-Star and Strong as well as recent developments were reviewed.In the future,the research emphasis of ebullated bed hydrotreating technologies will focus on optimizing process,integrating ebullated bed hydrotreating and other processes,developing high efficient catalysts and optimizing or innovating reactors for improving the deep conversion of low-grade heavy oil.
