水资源-环境承载能力评价——以湘潭市岳塘区为例 被引量:4

摘要 为全面系统地分析湘潭市岳塘区水资源-环境的整体承载状况,采用主成分分析法构建了涵盖水资源、社会经济、生态环境系统等16项指标的水资源-环境承载能力评价指标体系,借助于SPSS 19.0软件分析了岳塘区2005~2015年的水资源-环境承载能力变化趋势及其影响因素。研究结果表明:2013~2015年岳塘区水资源-环境承载能力处于I级(优秀)状况;除2007,2011年有较小的波动外,总体呈逐年上升的趋势;承载能力变化主要受城镇污水处理率、万元GDP用水量、人均水资源量等指标的影响。研究成果可为岳塘区产业结构调整、用水方式改进提供参考。 The total water resource is uneven in spatial and temporal distribution in Yuetang district,Xiangtan City,Hunan Province. To analyze the overall carrying capacity of water resources and environment in this area,the evaluation index system of water resources and environmental carrying capacity containing 16 indicators was built including regional water resources,community economy,ecological environment,etc. By SPSS19. 0 software,the principal component analysis( PCA) method is employed to reveal the variation trend of water resources and environmental carrying capacity from 2005 to 2015 as well as influential factors. Results show that the water resources and environmental carrying capacity from 2013 to 2015 in Yuetang district is excellent( I class). Except a small fluctuation in 2007 and 2011,water resources and environmental carrying capacity posed an increasing trend year by year in the whole. The carrying capacity variation trend is related to urban and town sewage treat ratio,water consumption per ten thousand GDP,water resources per capita etc. The research results could provide reference to improving the industrial structure and the water use habits.
