摘要
随着社会发展的不断深入,女性地位日益提高,我国女性领导者的队伍也不断发展壮大。但性别差异是一个永恒的问题,相较于男性领导者,女性领导者无论是在政府、企业还是其他组织中的发展总是面临更多的限制和阻碍。因此,本文从性别差异入手,根据我国女性领导者的发展现状,提出问题并分析内在原因。进一步提出能够有效促进女性领导者发展的建议,实现其在健全的环境下健康、长远发展。
With the continuous development of society and the increasing status of women, the ranks of female leaders in China have continued to grow and develop. But gender differences are an eternal problem. Compared with male leaders, female leaders always face more restrictions and obstacles in their development in government, enterprises and other organizations. Therefore, this paper starts from the gender difference, according to the development status of female leaders in China, asks questions and analyzes the internal reasons. Further proposals are made to effectively promote the development of female lead- ers to achieve healthy and long-term development in a sound environment.
