摘要
采用L9(34)正交表设计,以穗条的年龄、家系、ABT浓度、ABT处理时间为因素对扁核木进行了扦插育苗试验,探索扁核木扦插育苗的成活率、高生长量及地径生长量的最佳组合并分析其生根情况。结果表明:扁核木扦插成活率的最佳组合方案是:福泉1号家系2年生穗条用100(mg/kg)2号ABT生根粉浸泡6h,成活率高达91%;扁核木扦插苗高生长量的最佳组合为福泉2号家系3年生穗条用100(mg/kg)2号ABT生根粉浸泡6h;扁核木扦插苗地径生长量的最佳组合为福泉1号家系3年生穗条用150(mg/kg)2号ABT生根粉浸泡2小时。扁核木在200(mg/kg)的ABT浓度穗条浸泡6h的生根效果最好,与对照相比愈伤组织愈合的时间要比对照组提前13d,提早生根16d。
Using L9(34)orthogonal table design,cutting seedlings of Pinus sylvestris L.were studied by using age,family,ABT concentration and ABT treatment time as the factors.This paper explored the survival rate,high growth rate and diameter growthof P.sylvestris and analyzed its rooting.The results showed that the best combination scheme for the survival rate of the cuttings was:the 2 years of the FuquanNo.1 family tree was soaked in 100 mg.Kg-1 2 ABT root powder for 6 hours and the survival rate was as high as 91%.The best combination of the high growth rate of the seedlings of flat core wood was to soak for 6 hours with 100 mg.Kg-1 2 ABT root powder for 3 years in FuquanNo.2.The best combination of the growth of the seedling of flat core wood was to soak for 2 hours with 150 mg.Kg-1 2 ABT root powder for 3 years of FuquanNo.1.The rooting effect of the flat kernels at200 mg/kg ABT concentration for 6 hours was the best.Compared with the control,the callus healing time was 13 days earlier than the control group and the rooting was 16 dearlier.
