摘要
目的探讨氢氯吡格雷联合丹参酮Ⅱa磺酸钠治疗心肌缺血-再灌注损伤的临床疗效。方法方便选取该院2016年10月—2017年10月收治的60例心肌缺血-再灌注损伤患者资料予以探讨,依据用药方案分为2组,每组30例;对照组单纯以氢氯吡格雷治疗,实验组联合丹参酮Ⅱa磺酸钠治疗,比对2组患者治疗前后血清心肌酶学指标、心功能指标水平变化及不良反应情况。结果实验组治疗后CPK(150.84±12.35)U/L等指标水平较之对照组均更低(P<0.05);实验组治疗后LVEDD(48.62±5.9)mm等指标水平较之对照组均更优(P<0.05);实验组不良反应总发生率13.33%较对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论 MIRI患者行氢氯吡格雷与丹参酮Ⅱa磺酸钠联合治疗疗效确切,能有效改善患者心功能,且安全性高,可被临床推广、应用。
Objective This paper tries to investigate the clinical efficacy of clopidogrel combined with tanshinone IIa sulfonate in the treatment of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury. Methods The data of 60 patients with myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury from October 2016 to October 2017 in this hospital were convenient selected and studied. According to the drug regimen, they were divided into 2 groups with 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with clopidogrel alone. The experimental group was treated with tanshinone IIa sodium sulphonate, compared with the changes of serum myocardial enzymes, levels of cardiac function and adverse reactions before and after treatment in the two groups of patients. Results The levels of CPK（150.84±12.35） U/L were lower in the experimental group than in the control group（P〈0.05）. The LVEDD（48.62±5.9） mm and other indicators in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group after treatment（P〈0.05）; The overall incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 13.33% lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination therapy of clopidogrel hydrochloride and tanshinone IIa sulfonate sodium in patients with MIRI has definite curative effect, can effectively improve the heart function of patients,and has high safety, and can be widely used in clinical practice.
