摘要 冲压成型是金属成型的一种重要方法, 主要适用于材质较软的金属成型, 可以一次成型形状复杂的精密零件, 如钣金、 管材等.本文针对目前厚壁管材作为套筒扳手使用时需经机加工, 如铣切加工, 且加工效率较低的问题, 提出采用模具冲切的加工方法.本文对一种厚壁管材四爪套筒扳手进行的冲压模具进行设计, 利用Auto CAD、 Press CAD、 Solid Works等软件进行设计绘图.此模具结构可确保模具工作使用可靠, 一次冲切, 大大提高生产效率. Stamping is an important method of metal fomling, which is mainly suitable for the soft metal forming. It can one-time form complex shape, such as metal sheet metal and pipe material. In view of the problem that the thick wall pipe was used as a sleeve wrench, such as milling and cutting, and the processing efficiency was low, the die cutting method was put forward in this paper. This paper designed a stamping die for a thick wall pipe four jaw socket wrench, and designed and drew with software such as AutoCAD, PressCAD and SolidWorks. The die structure ensured reliable use of dies, punching at one time, and greatly improved production efficiency.
