摘要
在具有斜向孔或斜向凹凸铸件压铸模设计中,斜向抽芯是设计难点之一。本文给出了生产铝合金斜支架铸件的新型钢丝绳-滚轮斜抽芯压铸模实用结构,论述了模具结构特点和工作原理。该模具采用钢丝绳-滚轮抽芯机构实现斜支架铸件的斜向抽芯,模具还设有冷却系统。模具结构紧凑,工作可靠,成型塑件质量好。
In the design of die casting mould for castings with the inclined holes or inclined cavities, angle core pulling is one of difficult points of the designs of the die casting moulds. The thesis presents a new type of practical die structure with tightwire and idler wheel for angle core pulling of die casting a angle bracket of aluminium alloy. A description is made on the structural features and the operating principle of the mould. A mechanism of tightwire and idler wheel are adopted in the mould for angle core pulling of the angle bracket castings. There is a cooling system on the mould. The mould is compact in structure and reliable in operation. The quality of castings produced is high.
