摘要
目的探讨深刺针刺配合康复训练治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍的临床效果。方法选取我院2016年1月~2017年6月收治的60例脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组各30例。对照组仅接受普通针刺+康复治疗,研究组接受深刺+康复治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、吞咽功能障碍等。结果研究组的治疗总有效率为90.00%,高于对照组(70.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前的电视荧光吞咽检查(VFSS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组治疗后的VFSS评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前的洼田饮水评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组治疗后的洼田饮水评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床治疗脑卒中后吞咽障碍疾病,可给予深刺+康复治疗,其效果突出,患者吞咽功能得到明显的改善,进而改善其生活质量,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of deep needling acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in treatment of dysphagia after stroke. Methods 60 cases of patients with dysphagia after stroke and who treated in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were randomly selected, and were divided into two groups by random numeric table method, 30 cases in each group. The control group was received only common acupuncture and rehabilitation therapy, while the study group was received deep puncture and rehabilitation therapy. Then, the clinical effect and swallowing dysfunction of patients of two groups were compared. Results The total clinical effect in the study group was90.00%, which was higher than that in the control group of 70.00%,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The VFSS scores before treatment of two groups were compared, and the difference was not statistically significant（P〈0.05）. After the treatment, the VFSS scores of study group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The scores of drinking water of two groups were compared, and before treatment, the difference was not statistically significant（P〈0.05）. After the treatment, the score in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical treatment of dysphagia after cerebral apoplexy can give deep acupuncture and rehabilitation therapy, which the clinical effect is prominent, the swallowing function of patients is significantly improved, and the quality of life is improved,thus it is worthy to be applied.
