摘要
目的观察分析针刺与康复训练结合治疗脑卒中患者的临床效果。方法选取2018年2月—2019年2月收治的55例脑卒中患者,按照不同治疗方法分为实验组(27例,应用针灸与康复训练结合治疗方法)和对照组(28例,单纯应用康复训练治疗方法)。统计分析2组脑卒中患者治疗前后的运动功能评分、平衡功能评分、生活质量评分以及临床治疗总有效率。结果2组脑卒中患者治疗前运动功能评分、平衡功能评分、生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),试验组脑卒中患者治疗后运动功能评分、平衡功能评分、生活质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组脑卒中患者的临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺疗法与康复训练结合治疗脑卒中患者的临床效果显著,可显著提高脑卒中患者运动功能评分、平衡功能评分、生活质量评分。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of stroke patients.Methods A total of 55 stroke patients admitted to our hospital(from February 2018 to February 2019)were divided into experimental group(27 cases,combined with acupuncture and rehabilitation training)and control group(28 cases,simply applying rehabilitation training methods)according to different treatment methods..Statistical analysis was performed to analyze the motor function scores,balance function scores,quality of life scores,and total clinical treatment efficiency of the two groups of stroke patients before and after treatment.Results There were no significant differences in preoperative scores of motor function,balance function scores,and quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).The motor function scores,balance function scores,and quality of life scores of the stroke patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the experimental group(24 cases were markedly effective,2 cases were effective,1 case was ineffective)was significantly higher than the control group(13 cases were markedly effective,8 cases were effective,7 cases were invalid)(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of stroke patients is significant,which can significantly improve the motor function score,balance function score and quality of life score of stroke patients.
