摘要
围绕重要用户风险预警工作,依托营配调贯通建设成果,整合实时的开关跳闸、保护动作信息、设备台账信息以及用户档案等数据,通过构建模型化的重要用户信息库,并应用到故障停电、计划停电以及电力保障管理业务中,实现对重要用户各类风险的实时监控和主动预警,有利于及时做好供电服务工作。
This paper focuses on the major users risk warning work, based on perforation of ＂marketing-distribution networkdispatching＂, integration of real-time switch tripping, protection of action information, equipment, ledger information and user files and other data, realize the real-time monitoring and active early warning of all kinds of risks of major users by constructing a model of major users information database and applying it to the business of power failure, planned power outage and power security management in order to timely provide power supply services.
