摘要
目的探讨环节质量控制管理对该院血液透析室医院感染发生率的影响。方法选取2014年1月—2017年10月于该院就血液透析室收治的86例,根据入院先后顺序,分为观察组(n=43)与对照组(n=43),对照组予以常规管理,观察组予以环节质量控制管理,对比两组管理效果。结果观察组院内感染发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理不良事件发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组感染控制效果及护理满意度评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论环节质量控制管理能够有效提高护理质量,保证护理工作的安全性,减少血液透析室医院感染率及护理不良事件发生率,患者的满意度高,具有临床推广使用价值。
Objective To study the effect of link quality control management in reducing the hospital infection in the hemodialysis room. Methods 86 cases of patients admitted and treated in the hemodialysis room in our hospital from January 2014 to October 2017 were selected and divided into two groups with 43 cases in each, according to the admission order, the control group used the routine management, while the observation group used the link quality control management, and the management effect was compared between the two groups. Results The incidence rate of hospital infection in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）,and the incidence rate of nursing adverse events in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）, and the infection control effect and nursing satisfactory degree score in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The link quality control management can effectively improve the nursing quality, ensure the safety of nursing work, reduce the hospital infection rate in the hemodialysis room and incidence rate of nursing adverse events, and the satisfactory degree of patients is high, and it is of clinical promotion and application value.
