摘要
目的调查女性不孕症患者的生育生活质量状况,分析其影响因素。方法选取2017年7—12月在北京协和医院妇科内分泌病房住院的201例女性不孕症患者,采用简体中文版生育生活质量量表进行横断面问卷调查,分析其生育生活质量状况及影响因素。结果女性不孕症患者整体生育生活质量评分为(65.27±11.20)分,各领域中治疗耐受性领域得分最低(52.43±17.46)分,婚姻关系领域得分最高(74.83±12.08)分。多因素回归分析显示辅助生殖治疗失败史、文化程度、应对方式、抑郁、状态焦虑对女性不孕症患者生育生活质量的影响有统计学意义(调整R^2=0.584,P<0.001)。结论女性不孕症患者的生育生活质量有不同程度受损,其中,文化程度、辅助生殖治疗失败史、应对方式、抑郁、状态焦虑等为生育生活质量的影响因素。
Objective To explore the fertility quality of life of women with infertility and analyze its influence factors. Methods A cross-sectional questionnaire survey was conducted in 201 hospitalized females with infertility in Peking union medical college hospital from July to December 2017 by using the Chinese version of the Fertility Quality of Life Tool（Ferti QoL）, analyze the fertility quality of life and influence factors. Results The total score of fertility quality of life was 65.27±11.20. The lowest score was from the domain of treatment tolerance of 52.43 ±17.46 and the highest from marital relations of 74.83 ±12.08. Multi-factor regression analysis showed that history of failure of assisted reproductive therapy, education background, coping style, depression and state anxiety exerted statistical significance on the fertility quality of life of women with infertility（adjusted R^2=0.584,P〈0.001）.Conclusion The fertility quality of life of women with infertility is impaired to varying degrees. Education background, history of failure of assisted reproductive therapy, coping style, depression and state anxiety are influence factors of the impaired fertility quality of life of women with infertility.
