摘要
目的:本研究旨在探索女性癌症患者大五人格与焦虑抑郁的关系,从心理社会角度对女性癌症患者心理护理提供一定的科学依据。方法:采用便利抽样的方法,应用中国大五人格问卷简式版与医院焦虑抑郁量表对295例女性癌症病人进行问卷调查。结果:(1)女性癌症患者在神经质、严谨性、宜人性上的得分显著高于常模群体,在开放性、外向性上的得分显著低于正常女性群体,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。(2)5种人格特征中,神经质人格与焦虑总分、抑郁总分呈正相关(P<0.05);严谨性、宜人性、外向性人格特质与焦虑总分、抑郁总分呈负相关(P<0.05);开放性人格特质与焦虑总分无相关性(P>0.05),与抑郁总分呈负相关(P<0.05)。(3)与非焦虑组相比,焦虑(阳性)组病人神经质分数较高,严谨性、宜人性分数较低;与非抑郁组相比,抑郁(阳性)组病人神经质分数较高,严谨性、开放性、外向性分数较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:女性癌症患者与正常女性群体的5种人格特质均存在差异,且其人格特征与焦虑、抑郁关系密切,尤其是神经质性人格特质。医护人员应依据个体的人格特征实施针对性的心理护理和治疗,改善女性癌症患者焦虑、抑郁情绪。
Objective： To explore the relationship between the big five personality and anxiety depression in female cancerpatients,and provide some scientific evidences forpsychological care of female cancerpatients from the perspective of psychology and society.Methods：Convenient sampling method,which the Chinese Big Five Personality Inventory Brief（CBF-PI-B） and Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale（HADS） were used to investigate295 cases of female cancerpatients.R esults：（1） The scores of neuroticism,conscientiousness and agreeableness of female cancerpatients were significantly higherthan normal female patients,and the scores of openness and extraversion were lowerthan normal female patients.The differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.（2）Among the five personality traits,the neuroticism personality was positively correlated with the total score of anxiety and depression（P〈0.05）.The personality traits of conscientiousness,agreeableness and extraversion were negatively correlated with the scores of anxiety and depression（P〈0.05）.There was no correlation between openness personality trait and anxiety total score（P〉0.05）,but negative correlation with depression total score（P〈0.05）.（3）Compared with non-anxietygroup,anxiety（positive） group had higherneuroticism score and lowerconscientiousness and agreeableness score.Compared with non-anxiety group,depression（positive） group had higherneuroticism score and lowerconscientiousness and openness sexual,extraversion scores.The differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The five personality traits of female cancerpatients and normal female population are all different,and theirpersonality traits are closely related to anxiety and depression,especially the neuroticism.Medical care personnels should implement targeted psychological care and treatment to improve female cancerpatients＇ anxiety and depression based on the personality traits of individuals.
