摘要
厚大高镍涡轮壳铸件原采用呋喃树脂砂生产,工艺出品率低至45%,生产成本较高。为此进行工艺改进,改用水平叠箱垂直浇注、覆膜砂壳型背丸的工艺方式,出气口上下平面采用多块冷铁激冷,采用直浇道与冒口一体的顶侧边浇注补缩系统及浇口杯过滤浇注工艺,补缩效率高,补缩压力大,铸件工艺出品率达75%,降低了生产成本,取得很好的经济效益。
The heavy nickel turbine shell castings were produced using furan resin sand. The technological yield was as low as 45% and the production cost was high. In this research,the technology of vertical pouring and resin-coated sand shell molding process were used,more cold iron chills were adopted on the top and bottom surface of air outlet. The top side pouring system and the gate cup filter casting process were adopted to obtain high filling efficiency and shrinkage pressure. The casting technology output rate reached 75%,which reduced production cost and achieved good economic benefits.
