摘要
当前人力资本投资已备受企业重视,管理过程中需考虑到会对人力资本投资带来的潜在风险,而薪酬属于人力资本投资重要的部分,更是可能面临多种风险,若未能对存在的风险进行及时有效的处理,极可能给企业造成无法挽救的损失。因此,本文通过分析企业薪酬管理中存在的风险及产生原因,提出相对应的风险控制方案,以提升企业管理的效率,增加竞争力。
The current human capital investment has been paid much attention by the enterprises.In the process of management,it is necessary to consider the potential risks to human capital investment,and the salary is an important part of human capital investment,and it is likely to face various risks.If it fails to carry out the existing risks and effectively deal with it,it is very likely to create the enterprise.An irreparable loss.Therefore,through the analysis of the risks and causes in the enterprise compensation management,this paper puts forward the corresponding risk control scheme,in order to improve the efficiency of enterprise management and increase the competitiveness.
