摘要
目的观察氧疗联合三乙醇胺、芦荟在预防和治疗急性放射性皮炎的临床疗效。方法将市立医院肿瘤科150例首次放疗的乳腺癌及头颈部恶性肿瘤住院患者作为研究对象;放射靶区包括原发灶及淋巴结引流区;随机分成2组,治疗组给予芦荟凝胶膏、三乙醇胺交替外涂,同时氧疗放疗区皮肤,每天3次,直至皮肤愈合;对照组仅给予芦荟凝胶膏、三乙醇胺交替外涂;治疗期间常规皮肤护理,保持皮肤清洁、干燥,勿用刺激性物品,穿着棉质柔软的衣服,勿搔抓皮肤等。结果治疗组放射性皮肤损伤的愈合时间明显较对照组短,治疗效果较好,两组比较差异有统计学意义;治疗组出现2级及以上放射性皮炎的发生率显著低于对照组;治疗组的生存质量明显高于对照组。结论氧疗、三乙醇胺联合芦荟能有效预防和治疗患者放射治疗中的皮肤急性放射损伤,且创面愈合时间短,使放射治疗患者的皮肤得到更好的保护,提高患者的生活质量,提升患者治疗效果,患者痛苦得到缓解,确保了患者放疗的顺利实施,方便适用,安全经济。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of oxygen therapy, aloe vera, and trolamine cream in the prevention and treatment of acute radioactive dermatitis with nasopharyngeal carcinoma and breast carcinoma. Methods All 150 patients of breast cancer and head and neck cancer inpatients with first-time radiotherapy in the Department of Oncology, were devided into two groups randomly. Radiation target area including primary tumors and lymph node drainage area. Treatment group were given aloe vera gel cream, trolamine cream outside alternately, oxygen cure radiation area of the skin at the same time, 3 times a day, up to the skin healed; Group B only give vera gel cream, trolamine cream outside alternately. During the treatment to keep skin clean, dry, do not use sharp item, in soft cotton clothes, do not scratch the skin, etc. Results Aloe vera can protect the cell oxidative damage, its role and mechanism different from the trolamine cream, aloe combined with trolamine cream, oxygen cure can make radiotherapy in patients reduce the incidence of acute radiation injury of skin, make the skin of radiotherapy in patients with better protection, and shorten hospitalization time. The incidence of radiation dermatitis was significantly lower in the Group A than in the Group B. The quality of life of the Group A was significantly higher than that of the Group B. Conclusion Aloe vera, trolamine cream combined with oxygen therapy can effectively treat radiotherapy in patients, Short course of the therapy for the healing of wound make the skin of radiotherapy in patients with better protection, improve the clinical effect, alleviate patients＇ pain, guarantee the smooth implementation of the patients with radiotherapy, its convenient and practical, safe and economic.
