摘要
面对数字媒体应用技术专业就业领域分布广泛,工作任务多样性的特点,现代学徒制订单培养也呈现出广泛多点的特征。通过研究现代学徒制培养模式下的数字媒体应用技术人才核心岗位技能考核内容的构建与创新。为不断探索人才培养考核内容与职业岗位的紧密衔接,强化核心岗位技能的研究提供参考。
Faced with the wide distribution of fields for the employmentof digital media application technology and the diversityof job tasks, the order training based on modern apprenticeshipalso presents a wide range of characteristics. Through the study ofthe construction and innovation of the core job skills assessmentcontent of digital media application technology talents under themodern apprenticeship training mode, this paper aims to providereference for continuously exploring the close connection betweenthe content of talent training assessment and jobs, strengtheningthe research of core job skills.
