摘要
文章分析了金霉素发酵过程中产生泡沫的原因,以及泡沫对发酵生产过程的影响。概述了近年来机械消泡方面取得的成果,从节能降耗的角度评价它们的优劣,并提出一种节能型的机械消泡装置——筛式消泡装置,它安装于发酵罐顶部的排风管处,利用排风推动泡沫高速经过成组的消泡器达到消泡的目的,结果表明消泡效果良好。
This paper analyzes the causes of foam in the process of chlortetracycline fermentation and the effect of foam on thefermentation process. Also, the paper summarizes the achievements of mechanical defoaming in recent years, evaluates their meritsand demerits from the angle of energy saving and consumption reduction, and puts forward a kind of energy-saving mechanical de-foaming device, the sieve-type defoaming device, which is installed at the top of the venting duct of fermenter. The defoaming effectis achieved using exhaust air to push the foam to pass througha group of defoamers at high speed, and the results show that it hasa good defoaming effect.
