摘要
目的探讨鼻内镜下动力系统鼻前庭囊肿揭盖术的临床效果。方法 86例在我院行鼻前庭囊肿手术治疗的患者随机分为两组各43例,对照组行经唇龈沟切口入路鼻前庭囊肿切除术,研究组行鼻内镜下动力系统鼻前庭囊肿揭盖术,比较两组的治疗效果。结果研究组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后恢复时间均显著少于对照组(P<0.05);手术结束即刻,两组的P物质(SP)、前列腺素E_2(PGE2)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平均显著高于术前(P<0.05),研究组的各项指标显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的并发症发生率和远期复发率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜下动力系统鼻前庭囊肿揭盖术的疗效显著优异于经唇龈沟切口入路鼻前庭囊肿切除术,具有手术时间短、术中出血少、创伤轻、术后并发症少、恢复快、远期复发率低的优势。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of nasal vestibular cyst uncover method under nasal endoscope dynamic system. Methods 86 cases of patients with surgical treatment of nasal vestibular cyst in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,with 43 cases in each group. The control group received nasal vestibular cxcision by labiogingival groove approach, and the study group received nasal vestibular cyst uncover method under nasal endoscope dynamic system. The curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results The operation time, intraoperative blood loss volume and postoperative recovery time of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P〈0.05). At the end of surgery, both groups had significantly increased levels of SP,PGE2 and CRP(P〈0.05), and the study group was significantly lower than the control group in all the indicators(P〈0.05). The incidence of complications and long-term recurrence rate of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusions Nasal vestibular cyst uncover method under nasal endoscope dynamic system has significantly better efficacy than nasal vestibular cxcision by labiogingival groove approach, which has the advantages of shorter operation time, less intraoperative blood loss,slighter trauma, fewer postoperative complications, faster recovery and lower long-term recurrence rate.
