摘要
目的:研究茵陈蒿汤在非酒精性脂肪性肝炎患者治疗工作中的疗效评价。方法:选取某院2015年3月~2017年4月间收治的非酒精性脂肪性肝炎患者80例,将其平均分为研究组和对照组,研究组患者采用茵陈篙汤治疗,对照组采用运动方式,对比观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果:研究组患者改善率为50.00%,而对照组仅为15.00%,研究组总有效率(90.00%)明显高于对照组(50.00%),两组患者对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:茵陈蒿汤在非酒精性脂肪性肝炎患者治疗中取得较好疗效,有效缓解患者病情。
Objective：To study the efficacy of Yinchenhao decoction in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty hepatitis.Methods：From March 2015 to April 2017,80 patients with non-alcoholic fatty hepatitis treated in a hospital were divided into study group and control group.The patients in the study group were treated with Yinchenhao decoction,and the patients in the control group were treated with exercise,and the clinical effect of the two groups was observed.Results：The improvement rate of the study group was 50.00%,while that of the control group was only 15.00%.The total effective rate（90.00%）of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group（50.00%）.Conclusion：Yinchenhao decoction is effective in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty hepatitis,and can effectively alleviate the patient＇s condition.
