摘要
目的:探析小儿肺炎应用机械振动排痰的辅治疗效。方法:将2015年5月~2017年4月某院收治的90例肺炎患儿分为机械组和人工组,人工组采用人工叩背排痰,机械组采用机械振动排痰法,比较两组治疗前后血气指标、排痰量及症状消失时间。结果:机械组症状消失时间及每日排痰量显著优于人工组(P<0.05);机械组RR、PCO2低于人工组,血氧饱和度、PO2显著优于人工组(P<0.05)。结论:机械振动排痰法可促进肺炎患儿排除痰液,快速改善症状和缺氧。
Objective:To explore the adjuvant therapeutic effect of mechanical vibration on pneumonia in children.Methods:90 children with pneumonia treated in a hospital from May 2015 to April 2017 were divided into mechanical group and artificial group.Artificial group was treated with artificial tapping on the back to expel phlegm.Mechanical vibration was used to remove sputum in the mechanical group.The blood gas index,expectoration volume and symptom disappearance time were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The symptom disappearance time and daily expectoration volume of the mechanical group were significantly better than those of the artificial group(P〈0.05).The RR and PCO2 of mechanical group were lower than those of artificial group,and the blood oxygen saturation and PO2 were significantly higher than those of artificial group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Mechanical vibration expectoration can promote the elimination of sputum in children with pneumonia and improve symptoms and hypoxia rapidly.
