摘要
介绍了日照钢铁有限公司采用石灰石替代石灰直接造渣炼钢工艺研究的情况。对比分析了废钢比20%以上条件下,不同石灰石加入量对终点磷含量、煤气回收量、终渣碱、终渣MgO含量、炉况、石灰石温降以及干法除尘的影响。研究结果表明:在特定条件下,完全可以采用石灰石替代石灰直接造渣炼钢。但考虑实际情况,在废钢比达23%情况下,石灰石平均加入量10~12 kg/t,能保证热平衡稳定、炉况稳定、脱磷率由86.6%提高至87.7%、煤气回收量由137.9 m^3/t提高156.8 m^3/t、综合成本吨钢降低3元以上。
The situation of using limestone instead of lime for direct slogging steel-making process in Rizhao steel Co.,Ltd. is introduced. The effects of different limestone additions on the content of phosphorus,gas recovery,final slag,Mg O content of final slag,furnace condition,temperature dropping of limestone and dry dust removal were compared and analyzed under 20% scrap ratio. The research results showthat under certain conditions,limestone can be used instead of lime to make steel directly. But considering the actual situation,the average added amount of limestone 10 ~ 12 kg/t under 23% scrap ratio can ensure the stability of heat balance,the stability of furnace condition,the increasing of dephosphorization rate from 86. 6% to87. 7%,the increasing of gas recovery from 137. 9 m^3/t to 156. 8 m^3/t,and the reduction of comprehensive cost per ton of steel more than 3 yuan.
