摘要 为充分利用铁水自带的磷资源,结合高磷钢转炉冶炼的控制要求,在转炉脱磷理论分析的基础上,确定熔池温度、炉渣CaO和FeO含量是决定钢液终点磷含量的关键因素.宝特韶关公司转炉冶炼高磷钢的生产实践表明:重废比例、造渣碱度、终渣全铁含量、钢水升温速度以及终点控制目标是高磷钢生产冶炼过程中"保磷"的关键环节. In order to utilize the phosphorus resources in the molten iron and meet the requirements of the high phosphorus smelting by converter,based on the analysis of the basic theory of converter dephosphorization,these key factors of the temperature of molten pool,the calcium oxide and iron oxide content of slag for determining the phosphorus content were ensured.The production practice of high phosphorus steel in SGIS showed that,the key points in the process of production for keeping phosphorus were proportion of heavy scrap steel,slag basicity,iron oxide content of the final slag,the rate of temperature increase and the target of endpoint control for molten steel.
