摘要
目的探究改良型FMEA法在神经外科阶段性医疗流程风险管理中的适用性,为其进一步推广应用提供基础。方法将根原因分析法融入失效模式与效应分析法中形成的改良型FMEA法,应用于神经外科阶段性医疗流程风险管理。结果与结论改良型FMEA法在神经外科阶段性医疗流程管理中的应用切实可行,能够通过控制该流程中的风险因素降低医疗风险的发生,对推动医疗风险管理趋于常规化、程序化、科学化、规范化和提升医院医疗质量意义重大,具有推广应用的价值。
Objective To explore the applicability of improved FMEA in the periodical medical risk management of neurosurgery,and to provide a basis for its further promotion and application. Methods We applied the improved FMEA to the periodical medical risk management of neurosurgery,which is formed by the combination of RCA and FMEA. Results and Conclusion The application of the improved FMEA in periodical medical risk management of neurosurgery is feasible. It can reduce medical risk by controlling risk factors in medical process. It is important to make the medical risk management more regularized,programmed,standardized and scientific to improve hospital medical quality,which has great value of promotion and application.
