摘要
以负载铜的MCM-41分子筛为催化剂,六氯乙硅烷和乙醇为原料,通过气相催化反应合成了乙氧基硅烷,研究了反应温度对产物选择性的影响。结果表明,负载型铜催化剂对该反应有催化活性,反应产物中含有缩聚物。随着反应温度的升高三乙氧基硅烷选择性下降,缩聚物选择性增加,而四乙氧基硅烷选择性先降后升。
Ethoxylsilane was synthesized by gas phase reaction with hexachlorodisilane and ethanol as the raw materials and MCM-41 molecular sieve loaded with copper as catalyst. The effect of reaction temperature on the selectivity was investigated. Results show that the copper loaded catalyst has catalytic activity in the reaction,and the products contain polycondensate. With the increase of reaction temperature,the triethoxysilane selectivity decreases,the condensation polymer selectivity increases,and the tetraethoxysilane selectivity falls first then rises.
