摘要
研究了在铜催化体系下硅粉和甲醇于双级串联反应器中反应生成三甲氧基硅烷的工艺,讨论了反应温度、甲醇滴加速度等对反应的影响。与单只反应器相比,该工艺有明显的优越性,在中试生产中,此方法也取得了较满意的结果。
Abstract A reactor system containing two reactors isused to synthesize trimethoxysilane(TMS)bythe methanol-silicon reaction in presence of acopper catalyst.The factors which influences thereaction such as the reaction temperature and themethanol fedding rate are discussed.It has beenshown that this reactor system is superior towhich only with one reactor.With this method,TMS could be produced also in a large scale.
