摘要
通过水热处理制备铜掺杂的Ti O2纳米管阵列,以此为药物载体负载阿伦磷酸钠和布洛芬,研究其释放行为。结果表明,阿伦磷酸钠的载药量增加了28%左右,而疏水药物布洛芬的载药量增加40%左右,但是缓释效果和未改性纳米管的相比几乎没有改善。其原因可能是铜掺杂的纳米管的管径变小,管壁变粗糙,提高了载药总量而且有利于药物的缓慢释放。
TiO2 nanotube arrays doped with copper were prepared by hydrothermal treatment. It was used as a drug carrier to load alendronate and ibuprofen and the release behavior of the nanotube was studied. The results showed that the drug loading of alendronate was increased by 28%,while the drug loading of ibuprofen was increased by 40%,but the slow release effect was almost unchanged compared with that of the unmodified nanotube. The reason may be that the tube diameter of copper doped nanotubes was smaller,the wall of the tube became rough,the total amount of drug loading was increased and the drug release was slow.
