摘要
国内外诸多研究表明,在学习过程中对学习者进行元认知策略培训,是提高其自主学习能力的有效途径之一。大学英语教师应从五个方面对学生进行元认知策略培训,培养其英语自主学习能力:提高元认知意识,确立学习目标和计划,监控学习过程,评估学习效果和网络自主学习。
Quite a number of researches at home and abroad show that metacognitive strategy training is one of the most effective ways to improve students' autonomous learning ability. The present study puts forward detailed measures to foster college students' autonomous learning of English by training their metacognitive strategy use from five aspects: to raise metacognitive awareness,to set learning goals and plans,to monitor learning progress,to evaluate learning achievements and to learn autonomously online.
