摘要
建立了一种利用气相色谱法快速测定艾叶中桉油精含量的方法。气相色谱柱为HP-5毛细管柱(30 m×0.32 mm,0.25μm);氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)温度为250℃;进样口温度:240℃;程序升温:柱温起始温度为50℃,以5℃/min升至75℃,保持6 min,再以20℃/min升至200℃,保持3 min。该方法操作简单、快捷,精密度、重复性、稳定性、准确度的RSD≤1.83%;平均加样回收率为96.03%,RSD为1.78%(n=6)。蕲艾在湖南的移栽品桉油精含量变化不大。
A method of rapid determination of eucalyptol in Artemisia argyi was established. Gas chromatography was used with a capillary column HP-5(30 m × 0. 32 mm,0. 25 μm). The FID detector temperature was 250 ℃. The temperature of the inlet was 240 ℃. Temperature programming started at 50 ℃,then raised to 75 ℃ with a rate of 5 ℃/min,mainted for 6 min,and at last raised to 200 ℃ with a rate of 20 ℃/min,mainted for 3 min. The method was simple and rapid. RSDs of precision,repeatability,stability and accuracy were no more than 1. 83%,and the mean recovery was 96. 03%with RSD of 1. 78%(n = 6). The content of eucalyptol in Artemisia argyi's Hunan transplant didn't change much.
