摘要
目的研究欣母沛与手术联合疗法在产后出血中的应用价值。方法选择2015年3月—2017年12月该院接诊的产后出血病患120例,将之利用电脑随机盲法进行分组:试验组和对照组均60例。试验组实行欣母沛联合B-Lynch缝合术治疗,对照组实行常规止血治疗。综合分析两组的止血情况,比较子宫切除率等指标。结果试验组的止血有效率为100.0%,明显比对照组的,90.0%高,组间差异有统计意义(χ~2=6.315 8,P<0.05)。试验组的子宫切除率为0.0%、产后出血量为(701.65±199.43)m L,明显比对照组的6.67%、(1 198.34±216.82)m L低,组间差异有统计意义(χ~2=6.900 1,t=9.933 5,P<0.05)。试验组的手术时间明显比对照组短,两者之比为:(55.11±10.46)min vs(76.85±15.63)min,组间差异有统计学意义(t=6.331 4,P<0.05)。结论采取欣母沛联合手术治疗方案,对产后出血病患进行施治,可显著提高其止血效果,减少出血量,避免切除子宫。
Objective To research the application value of hemabate combined with surgery in treatment of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods 120 cases of patients with postpartum hemorrhage diagnosed in our hospital from March 2015 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each, the test group were treated with hemabate combined with B-Lynch suturing, while the control group used the routine hemostatic therapy, and the hemostatic situation of the two groups was comprehensively analyzed, and the uterus resection rate was compared. Results The hemostatic effective rate in the test group was obviously higher than that in the control group(100.0% vs90.0%), and the difference was obvious(χ^2=6.315 8, P〈0.05), and the uterus resection rate, and postpartum hemorrhage in the test group were obviously lower than those in the control group [0.0%,(701.65±199.43)m L vs 6.67%,(1 198.34±216.82)m L], and the differences were obvious(χ^2=6.900 1, t=9.933 5, P〈0.05), and the operation time in the test group was obviously shorter than that in the control group, [(55.11±10.46) min vs(76.85±15.63) min], and the difference between groups was obvious(t=6.331 4,P〈0.05). Conclusion The hemabate combined with surgery in treatment of postpartum hemorrhage can obviously improve the hemostatic effect, reduce the bleeding volume and avoid the resection of uteruses.
