摘要
目的观察便通片治疗女性便秘的临床效果。方法收集该院自2017年1—11月收治的女性便秘患者130例作为观察对象,按数字奇偶法分为观察组与对照组,每组65例。对照组给予常规西药酚酞片治疗,观察组则给予中药便通片治疗。观察并比较两组治疗效果情况。结果治疗前,两组便秘证候积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组便秘证候积分均明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组总积分为(2.09±0.73)分,明显低于对照组的(3.01±1.01)分(t=5.951 9,P=0.000 0)。观察组治疗总有效率为93.85%,明显高于对照组的80.00%(χ~2=5.481 5,P=0.019 2)。两组治疗期间均未见明显不良反应。结论便通片治疗女性便秘疗效显著,可疏肝养血、健脾益肾,润肠通便,能有效改善排便困难、粪便性状,且不良反应少,安全可靠,具有较高的推广价值。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of biantong tablets in treatment of female constipation. Methods130 cases of female constipation patients admitted and treated in our hospital from January to November 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 65 cases in each, the control group used the routine western medicine of phenolphthalein tablets for treatment, while the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine of biantong tablets, and the treatment effect was observed and compared. Results Before treatment, the differences in the constipation integrals between the two groups were not statistically significant（P〈0.05）, after treatment, the constipation integrals of the two groups obviously decreased（P〈0.05）, and the total integral in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group, [（2.09±0.73）points vs（3.01±1.01）points],（t=5.951 9,P=0.000 0）, and the total treatment effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group（93.85% vs 80.00%）,（χ~2=5.481 5,P=0.019 2）, and there were no obvious adverse reactions during the treatment period. Conclusion The curative effect of biantong tablets in treatment of female constipation is obvious, which can Nourishing the liver and nourishing the blood, strengthening the spleen and benefiting the kidney, moistening the intestines and clearing the bowel,and it can effectively improve the Defecation difficulties and fecal traits, with few adverse reactions, and it is safe and reliable with high promotion value.
