摘要
目的分析探讨优化中医治疗方案治疗缺血性中风急性期的临床效果及其作用机理。方法将2015年2月—2017年1月綦江区中医院脑病科收治的100例缺血性中风急性期住院病患作为本实验对象,随机分为观察组和对照组两组,每组50例患者,为对照组患者进行常规中医治疗,为观察组患者使用优化中医治疗方案治疗,即使用通络法治疗,分析比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为90.0%(45/50)和对照组的70.0%(35/50)相比显著较高,且数据差异有统计学意义(P=0.005<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)减少(10.2±2.1)分,显著多于对照组的(7.5±1.8)分,且两组数据差异有统计学意义(P=0.008<0.05)。结论对缺血性中风急性期患者使用优化方案治疗的临床效果较好,治疗总有效率较高,神经功能恢复较好,具有临床推广价值。
Objective This paper tries to analyze and discuss the clinical effect and mechanism of optimizing traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） regimen in treating acute stage of ischemic stroke. Methods There were 100 patients with ischemic stroke inpatients admitted to the Department of Encephalopathy, Hanjiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2015 to January 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 patients in each group. For the control group of patients with conventional Chinese medicine treatment for the observation group of patients with optimized treatment of traditional Chinese medicine treatment, that is, using meridian treatment,analysis and comparison of two groups of patients with clinical treatment. Results The total effective rate was 90.0%（45/50） in the observation group and 70.0%（35/50） in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P=0.0050.05）. After treatment, the observation group The neurological deficit score（NIHSS） decreased significantly in the group（10.2±2.1）points compared with that in the control group（7.5±1.8）points, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P=0.0080.05）. Conclusion The treatment of ischemic stroke in patients with optimized meridian method is better, the total effective rate of treatment, nerve function recovery is good, with clinical value.
