摘要
目的观察并比照乳腺良性肿块患者施以微创旋切手术与传统手术治疗后的疗效、疼痛与预后。方法选出2015年2月—2017年10月这一时间段该院接收并治疗的乳腺良性肿块患者122例,并依据不同治疗方式分成两个组别,组一61例患者施以传统手术,组二61例患者施以微创旋切手术,比照两组患者的治疗疗效。结果组二患者的疼痛视觉模拟总分(VAS)(1.57±1.03)分、手术耗时(17.75±6.53)min、手术期间的出血总量(17.51±4.88)mL、切口长度(0.73±0.35)cm、切口愈合耗时(3.95±1.77)d、不良反应的发生率6.56%,都优于组一患者(3.11±1.78)分(t=5.848 6)、(32.68±7.89)min(t=11.385 5)、(27.89±6.22)mL(t=10.254 5)、(4.13±2.28)cm(t=11.512 0)、(6.61±2.85)d(t=6.192 5)、21.31%(χ~2=5.536 1)(P<0.05)。结论微创旋切手术即一类高效且安全的治疗乳腺良性肿块的手术方法,可以切除肿块,复发率极小,创口较小、手术期间的出血总量较少、手术耗时与创口愈合耗时较少,可以舒缓患者的疼痛感,减少不良反应的发生率。
Objective This paper tries to observe and compare the curative effect, pain and prognosis of patients with benign lumps of mammary gland. Methods 122 cases of benign breast mass received and treated in this hospital from February 2015 to October 2017 were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.One group of 61 patients underwent traditional surgery, and the other group Sixty-one patients underwent minimally invasive surgery, comparing the efficacy of the two groups of patients. Results The pain visual analogue scale(VAS) was(1.57±1.03) points, operation time(17.75±6.53) min, total bleeding volume during operation(17.51±4.88)mL and incision length(0.73±0.35) cm,(3.95±1.77) d, and the incidence of adverse reactions was 6.56% in group Two, better than group One of(3.11±1.78) points,(t= 5.848 6),(32.68±7.89)min,(t=11.385 5),(27.89±6.22)mL,(t=10.254 5),(4.13±2.28) cm,(t=11.512 0),(6.61±2.85)d,(t=6.192 5) and 21.31%(cm^2=5.536 1)respectively(P〈0.05). Conclusion Minimally invasive surgery is an efficient and safe surgical treatment of benign breast mass, can remove the mass, the recurrence rate is minimal, the wound is small, the total amount of bleeding during the operation is less time-consuming and wound healing time-consuming is fewer, which can relieve the pain of patients and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
