摘要
目的研究库页岛悬钩子不同提取部位对离体大鼠胸主动脉环的舒张作用及抗氧化活性。方法利用血管筛选平台,描记血管张力变化,考察不同提取部位的血管舒张作用。以抗坏血酸(Vc)为阳性对照,评价不同提取部位对DPPH·和·OH的清除能力。结果库页岛悬钩子提取部位中乙酸乙酯及正丁醇在一定的浓度范围对去氧肾上腺素(PE)预收缩的大鼠胸主动脉环具有浓度依赖的舒张作用且为内皮依赖。其不同提取部位均显示了较好的抗氧化活性,乙酸乙酯提取部位最高。结论库页岛悬钩子乙酸乙酯和正丁醇提取部位对离体大鼠胸主动脉环具有一定的舒张作用,不同提取部位抗氧化活性均良好。
Objective To Study Rubus sachalinensis Levl. different extracts of antioxidant and vasodilator effect on isolated rat thoracic aortic rings. Methods Using the vascular screening platform, the changes of vascular tension are observed and the vasodilation effects of different extraction sites are investigated. Ascorbic acid(Vc) is used as a positive control to evaluate the ability of different extracts to scavenge DPPH · and · OH. Results The different extraction sites of Rubus sachalinensis Levl. showed better antioxidant activity, the highest in ethyl acetate. The concentration-dependent diastolic effect of ethyl acetate and N-butanol extracts on the vascular ring of norepinephrine(PE) is statistically significant. Conclusion The extraction sites of ethyl acetate and N-butanol have a certain vasodilation function. Antioxidant activity of different extracts are good.
