摘要
现今的技术交易已发展成为由技术供方、技术需方和技术中介三大主体构成的一个系统,该文将技术中介纳入技术交易主体关系研究体系,从微观行为视角分析研究技术中介改善技术供需主体信任关系,促使双方实施有利的交易行为,提升技术交易效率的有效路径。提出技术中介、主体信任关系、信息共享水平对交易效率影响的理论假设,构建主体信任关系视角下的技术交易效率的理论模型。研究采用问卷调查方式收集数据,并对343份样本数据进行分析检验。结果表明,技术中介、信任关系、信息共享对交易效率具有显著的正向影响,且信任关系的影响要强于技术中介和信息共享;技术中介的参与有效改善技术交易双方信任关系和信息共享水平;信任和信息共享在技术中介与技术交易效率之间存在依次部分中介效应,技术中介通过改善供需双方信任关系或信息共享水平来提升技术交易效率;技术中介依次透过信任和信息共享对技术交易效率产生正向显著影响。
Nowadays technology transaction has become the technology supplier,the buyer and technology intermediary, which a system consisting of these three main technical intermediary bridge of supply and demand both sides trading as a technology,has a positive influence on technology to promote the efficiency of deals.In this paper,the technical intermediary in technology transaction main body research system,from the perspective of microscopic behavior research technology intermediary can improve technical subject of supply and demand relations,prompted the implementation of favorable transaction behavior,improve the efficiency of technology transaction effective path,put forward the technology agents,the main body trust,information sharing level theoretical assumptions of the impact of transaction efficiency,building technical intermediary to affect the conceptual model of transaction efficiency theory.The data were collected by questionnaire survey,and 343 samples were analyzed and tested.The results show that the technology intermediary,trust and information sharing have a significant positive influence on the transaction efficiency,and the influence of the trust is stronger than that of technology intermediary and information sharing;The participation of technical intermediaries effectively improves trus and information sharing level between the two parties;Trust and information sharing between technology intermediary and transaction efficiency,in turn partial intermediary effect：technology intermediary by improving the supply and demand both sides trust to improve information sharing level technology transaction efficiency;Through trust and information sharing,technology intermediaries have a positive impact on the efficiency of technology transaction.
