摘要
为提高工件数控加工的轮廓精度,针对加工轨迹在换向过程中的过象限摩擦,提出一种基于脉冲响应矩阵的摩擦力估计和补偿方法,能够准确估计轨迹换向时的摩擦力,有效提高工件加工的表面质量。首先建立伺服进给系统的动力学模型和系统单轴跟踪误差的解析模型,确定轨迹轮廓误差的影响因素;其次,利用脉冲响应矩阵获取伺服系统的模型信息,再根据已获取的模型信息和叠加原理估计系统在换向时的摩擦力;最后基于过象限摩擦力的估计结果,在实际轨迹执行过程中实现过象限摩擦的补偿。利用Matlab/Simulink仿真分析研究了所提方法的正确性和有效性,并通过实验说明了过象限摩擦在线补偿对减小轮廓误差的影响,为解决由机械平台换向所引起的轮廓误差提供方案。
In order to improve the contour accuracy of CNC machining,a method for estimating and compensating quadrant friction was proposed based on the impulse response matrix,which aimed to improve the surface quality of parts processing.Firstly,the dynamic model of servo feed system and the mathematical model of single axis tracking error were established to determine the influencing factors of trajectory contour error.Afterwards,the quadrant friction can be estimated according to the superposition principle and servo system information which can be calculated by implanting impulse response matrix.Finally,based on the estimation results of the quadrant friction,it was compensated in the parts processing.The correctness and validity were confirmed by the simulation which applied the software of Matlab/Simulink.Experiments were conducted to verify the proposed method which was an effective approach to reduce the contour error caused by the quadrant friction in the mechanical platform.
