肾动脉狭窄超声诊断及漏诊分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨肾动脉狭窄的超声特征,分析漏诊原因。方法选择我院2012年2月—2017年2月诊治的100例肾动脉狭窄,均行彩色多普勒超声(彩超)检查。以肾动脉造影为诊断金标准,观察肾动脉狭窄彩超的影像学表现,并进行比较,分析漏诊情况。结果本组肾动脉均起源于腹主动脉,开口位于主肾动脉上方48例,肾动脉下方52例;经肾门入肾21例,未经肾门入肾79例。本组超声准确诊断肾动脉狭窄97例,漏诊3例。超声诊断肾动脉狭窄的敏感性及准确率均为97.00%(97/100)。结论彩超诊断肾动脉狭窄准确性较高,安全性好。 Objective To investigate the ultrasound features of renal artery stenosis( RAS) and to analyze causes of missed diagnosis. Methods A total of 100 patients with suspected RAS who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from February 2012 to February 2017 were selected as subjects,and they were examined with color Doppler ultrasound. With the results of renal arteriography as the golden standard,the ultrasound findings of RAS were observed and compared to analyze the missed diagnosis. Results In this study,renal arteries of patients all originated from the abdominal aorta. The openings were located at the top of the main renal arteries in 48 cases and below the renal arteries in 52 cases,including 21 cases with renal artery entering the kidney via the renal hilum as opposed to 79 cases entering the kidney via other routes. A total of 97 patients with RAS were accurately diagnosed by ultrasound,whereas there was missed diagnosis in three cases. The sensitivity and accuracy rate of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosing RAS were 97. 00%( 97/100) and 97. 00%( 97/100),respectively. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound provides relatively higher accuracy and safety in the diagnosis of RAS.
