摘要
为了探索煤泥精选作业中矿浆浓度对各项指标影响的规律,基于潘一选煤厂浮选系统进行煤泥精选作业的工业性测试,并分析矿浆浓度与各项指标之间的关系。试验结果表明:在工业性测试范围内,矿浆浓度与各项指标之间存在显著的线性关系,且六个定量描述矿浆浓度与各项指标关系的一元线性回归方程可靠性良好。
In order to reveal the law governing the effect of pulp density on various performance indices in fine coal cleaning process,industrial test is conducted using the flotation system of Panyi Coal Preparation Plant,so as to define the relationship between pulp density and each performance index. Test result shows that within the scope of the test conducted,the two factors assume prominently a linear relationship,and the 6 linear regression equations each with one unknown for quantitative description of such relations are high in reliability.
