摘要 针对潘一选煤厂浮选系统运行效果差的问题,在对入料浓度、配煤煤质、药剂制度及过滤效率等影响因素分析的基础上,采取合理的优化措施,以提升浮选系统运行效果。在对浮选系统优化后,浮选精煤灰分稳定率由50%提高到70%左右,其平均产率提高1个百分点左右,干煤泥药剂消耗总量减少0.08 kg/t,浮选效果明显提高。 The flotation system at the plant is found to be poor in performance. For tackling this problem, a series of optimization measures is taken based on analysis of the influence factors, such as feed density, property of blends, reagent regime and filter efficiency, so as to improve the performance of the flotation system. The operation of the optimized flotation system has led to a noticeably rise of stabilization ratio of concentrate by one percentage point, and a reduction of total consumption of flotation agent by 0.08 kg/t (dry coal) , well demonstrating the remarked performance of the flotation system.
