摘要
基于清窍蒙蔽的致病观,阐释清窍蒙蔽的病因病机,以此病因病机为出发点,详细论述论治之法,如祛风散邪以通窍、健脾化湿以通窍、补中益气以通窍、行气理滞以通窍、活血化瘀以通窍、豁痰祛浊以通窍、滋阴潜阳以通窍等,从而为中医药论治脑病提供借鉴,并附典型病案以供参考。
Based on the pathogenic view of clear resuscitation,this paper explains the etiology and pathogenesis of clear resuscitation,which is the starting point of etiology and pathogenesis,and discusses in detail the methods of treating the disease,such as expelling wind and dispersing evil spirits to clear the orifices,invigorating the spleen and transforming dampness in order to clear the orifices,replenishing the vital energy in order to unblock the orifices,and soothing the liver and moving the Qi activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis to clear the orifices,eliminating phlegm and turbidity to clear the orifices,nourishing Yin and burying Yang to clear the orifices,etc.,thus providing a reference for the treatment of encephalopathy by traditional Chinese medicine,with typical medical records for reference.
