摘要
西医学中所谓昏迷是指由各种原因引起的严重的意识障碍,其发病机制复杂。“神昏”“昏聩”“昏厥”“昏蒙”等均是中医对昏迷的表述。近年来,中医中药对多种内科疾病导致的昏迷的促醒治疗取得一定的疗效。文章主要对中医昏迷的病因病机及中医药在促醒治疗方面的研究进展作简要综述,为中医药在昏迷促醒的临床治疗和研究提供参考。
In Western medicine, the so-called coma refers to a serious disturbance of consciousness caused by various reasons, and its pathogenesis is complex.“Delirium”“Swoon”“Syncope” and “fainting” are all expressions of coma in traditional Chinese medicine. In recent years, traditional Chinese medicine has achieved certain curative effects on the awakening treatment of coma caused by various internal diseases. This paper mainly briefly reviews the etiology and pathogenesis of TCM coma and the research progress of TCM in promoting awakening, so as to provide reference for the clinical treatment and research of TCM in promoting awakening in coma.
