摘要
采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、深腐蚀技术、拉伸性能测试等技术手段,研究了熔体过热处理对高铁含量铝铜合金组织和力学性能的影响,重点研究了熔体过热处理对合金中富铁相的影响。结果表明,经850℃的熔体过热之后,Al-5.0Cu-0.6Mn-1.5Fe合金中的富铁相为初生Al_6(FeMn)相。深腐蚀后富铁相呈中空或实心的杆条状,不同于未熔体过热处理合金中的骨骼状共晶Al_6(FeMn),恶化了合金的力学性能。这主要是由于铝熔体高温氧化形成Al_2O_3颗粒的增多,促进了初生Al_6(FeMn)相的优先形核。
Effect of melt superheat treatment on microstructures and mechanical properties of Al-Cu alloys with high Fe content was studied by OM,SEM,deep etched technique and tensile test.The effect of the melt superheat treatment on the ferric-rich phase in the alloy was studied.The results show that the iron-rich intermetallics in Al-5.0Cu-0.6Mn^-1.5Fe alloy after 850 ℃ of melt superheat are primary Al6(FeMn).The primary Al6(FeMn) presents hollow or solid rod shape structure after deep etched,and it is harmful to the mechanical properties,which is different from the skeletal structure Al6(FeMn) in unmelt-superheating alloy.This is mainly due to the increase of Al2O3 particles form by high temperature oxidation of aluminum melt,which promotes the preferential nucleation of primary Al6(FeMn) phase.
