摘要
通过研究不同熔体交变搅拌工艺对Al-12.0%Si合金微观组织的影响发现,从高于熔点某温度开始对熔体的持续搅拌,不仅可以球化、细化合金的初生相,细化晶粒,而且可以有效地细化共晶硅。这归因于熔体搅拌引起的熔体结构及特性的变化。
Various alternative melts stirring processings were employed to improve the microstructure of Al-12. 0%Si alloy. It was found that continuous melts stirring from a temperature higher than the melting point of the alloy to one lower than that will lead to refinement and homogenization of primary aluminium and eutectic structure at same time. It was due to effects of this kind of melts stirring on melts structure and followed special solidification characteristics.
