普通公路桥梁混凝土空心板梁粘贴钢板加固效果分析 被引量:5

摘要 基于现场静力载荷试验,研究了通过粘贴钢板加固的普通公路桥梁上部混凝土空心板梁在加载过程中梁底挠度、裂缝和承载力的变化,并利用有限元数值分析方法进行了数值模拟。现场试验和数值模拟结果表明:与不加固的空心板梁相比,采用粘贴钢板加固的空心板梁可以将极限承载力提高53.3%以上,粘贴钢板可以明显提升梁的抗弯刚度,提高空心板梁抵抗外界荷载的抗变形能力,且有效补强梁体受拉区钢筋抗拉强度,从而减少梁体跨中挠度和钢筋应变至少40%和50%,且采用粘贴钢板加固时空心板梁呈渐进塑性破坏模式。 Based on the static loading tests, this paper studies the changes of bottom deflection, cracks and bearing capacity of hollow slab girder in the loading process of concrete hollow slab girder reinforced by pasting steel plate at the upper part of common railway bridge. And it uses the finite element method to carry out the numerical simulation. The test and numerical simulation results show that compared with the hollow slab girder without steel plate, the ultimate bearing capacity of slab girder with steel plate can be increased more than 53.3%. Pasting steel plate can remarkably improve the flexural rigidity of girder, the properties against deformation of hollow slab girder, and effectively enhance the tensile strength of steel in tension area of girder. Hence the deflection and steel strain in middle span of girder can be reduced at least 40% and 50%, respectively. Moreover, the hollow slab girder reinforced by pasting steel plate tends to have a gradually plastic failure mode.
