摘要
本研究以生物质锯末为还原剂,采用磁化焙烧—弱磁选工艺对褐铁矿型红土镍矿生产铁精矿进行试验研究,确定了还原焙烧—弱磁选工艺的最佳工艺条件。研究结果表明:在粒径-0.074mm的红土镍矿质量分数占85%~90%、锯末用量为红土镍矿质量分数的17.5%、焙烧温度850℃、焙烧时间20min、冷却方式为水冷、弱磁选磁场强度为1 400Gs条件下,镍、铁回收率分别为83.14%和54.8%,精矿中Ni、Fe品位分别达到1.486%和60.75%,达到了钢铁对铁精矿成分的要求。
Biomass sawdust was used as reductant to product iron concentrate from limonitic laterite by using magnetization roasting-weak magnetic separation technolog,and the optimum technological conditions were determined.The results show that the optimal conditions were ore size of-0.074 mm of 85%-90%,dosage of sawdust as laterite nickel ore mass fraction of 17.5%,roasting temperature of 750℃,roasting time of 20 min,cooling mode for water,weak magnetic field strength of 1400 Gs.The recovery rate of nickel and iron was 83.14% and 54.8%,respectively.The grade of Ni and Fe in the concentrate reached 1.486% and 60.75%,respectively,which reached the requirement of iron concentrate.
