摘要
目的:分析护理分层管理模式在医院护理管理中的应用效果。方法:我院2017年1月开始实施护理分层管理,分别选取实施前后护理人员各72名,分为实施前和实施后两组,实施前护理人员实施常规护理管理模式,实施后护理人员实施护士分层管理模式,对比实施前后护理人员的护理质量评分及护理效果评价。结果:实施后护理人员在护理技能、护理质量、护理文书等评分较实施前更优,组间对比差异有意义(P<0.05);实施后护理人员无论是自评护理效果还是科室评价护理效果均高于实施前,经统计学对比差异有意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施护士分层管理模式后,医院护理管理质量和护理人员护理效果均明显提高,应在各大医院予以广泛推广和应用。
Objective: To analyze efficacy of hierarchical management model on nursing management. Methods: 72 nurses were selected into the before implementation group, and conducted general management model. 72 nurses were selected into the after implementation group, and conducted hierarchical management model. Nursing quality score and nursing effect were evaluated after test. Results: After test, nurses' nursing skills, quality of nursing and nursing documents, etc. were increased, P〈 0.05. Clinical nursing efficacy were improved, too, P〈 0.05. Conclusion: Hierarchical management model on nursing management shows a good effect, and is worthy of promotion.
